Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date at no charge. There is a $30 fee to cancel an order within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.

Fulfillment
If you purchased any product from North Atlantic Fuels and the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, a full refund will be given in the form of a check mailed to your delivery address, or other address that you provide us. If you paid with credit card, your card will be refunded the amount of your purchase.

Product Issues
If for any reason your order is delivered and the products are damaged, North Atlantic Fuels will replace the damaged products with new ones, or offer a reasonable refund in the form of a check mailed to your delivery address, or other address you provide. If you paid with credit card, your card will be refunded the amount of your purchase.

Returns
Once delivered, products cannot be returned.
